My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice but a bit noisy due to the AC; however, the people were friendly. The check-out time is at 3:00 PM regardless of your arrival time, which is convenient. The rooms are spacious and come with a separate living room.

The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff, especially Pedro, a Mexican who had lived in the USA for 20 years, were amazingly friendly. They were attentive and made sure the room was clean. Communication with them was easy as they are very good English speakers.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of Parque Fundidora. It's perfect if you have something to do at Cintermex. However, if not, you might want to consider other locations.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable with convenient amenities, and the location is perfect for those visiting the 'Arena Monterrey' and 'Fundidora Park'. My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were very comfortable and close to the 'Arena Monterrey' and 'Fundidora Park'. During breakfast, I appreciated the large rooms that had a separate living room, making my stay even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, especially from Pedro, a Mexican who had lived in the USA for 20 years. I checked in on Thursday the 20th, and everything was handled smoothly. The location was perfect for my needs, with a direct connection to Parque Fundidora, which is a fantastic park. The hotel is also next to Cintermex Convention Center, which was convenient. The dining experience was excellent, although it did not serve continental breakfast or other non-Mexican meals. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with only minor improvements needed.
